If activated in your system, this alert will prompt you to collect e-mail and text message capable phone numbers for the dispatch confirmation.   You can add alt-phone numbers here.  Be sure to check the "E-mail confirm" box and press Save to activate the confirmation.   Press "No Confirm" to skip the confirmation.
