Changing An Employee's Login ID

This article covers how to change a ID number. If you are using the finger print readers you can find out how to register them here.

If an employee cannot remember their login pass-code or for any reason it needs to be reset, navigate to Manager Home > Employee > Select the employee's profile > System & Security



Click on "Change"



You will be prompted to enter the new pass-code.



Once you click "OK" you will be prompted to re-enter the pass-code.



The pass-code will now be set; however you still need to click "Save" Once you click "Save" you will be prompted to enter in the system's administrative password. This is to ensure that we all keep up with PCI compliant requirements. If you do not know the password then you will need to speak with a manager.
