Manage Ticket Numbers

You can dictate your ticket numbers and how they increment by navigating to Manager Home > Configuration > General > Store Setup.



  • Start at Ticket: Set the number you want your tickets to start at.
  • Reset After Ticket #: If this option is chosen; you can set the number at which the ticket increment starts over. For example: If you set the number to 100; then once the system reaches it's 100th ticket it will start over at 1.
  • Reset Daily: If this option is chosen; then after every close of day the system will restart the ticket count to 1. 



Be sure to save your changes.
