The Transfers report allows you to see all of the transfers that have taken place from location to another within a specific time frame. To learn more about transfers click here.

To view the transfers report, navigate to Manager Home > Reports > Cash > Transfers.

Select the start and end dates you wish to review then click "Generate". The report will display the results below.

The report displays the following:
  • Date: The date the transfer took place.
  • Time: The time the transfer took place.
  • From: The location the transfer was taken FROM.
  • To: The location the transfer was made TO.
  • Amount: The amount of the transfer.
  • Tender: The tender type of the transfer. Can be any type of tender that is accepted in your system. When reconciling a register or closing a driver, multiple tenders are transferred at the same time.  You will see a separate transaction for each tender type but the time/date will be the same.
  • Employee: The name of the employee that performed the transfer.
You can print or export this report to Excel if you need to.
