To perform a download, select the OK button on the keypad.

Enter the 1234 or the manager password for the device that you set up when pairing the device.

Select Utility.

You will be asked to enter the 1234 or the manager password for the device that you set up when pairing the device again. Once you have entered in the password you will select Software Download from the Utility page.

Select Connect

Select your connection type which would be Ethernet.

Select if you want to do a full or partial update.

If it prompts for the TPN, use the serial number on the back of your device
