To view the Customer Group Summary, navigate to Manager > Reports > Operations > Customer Group Summary.
Select the start and end dates you wish to view and click Generate.
The results will display below.
The results display every group that you have listed in your system. Across the top displays the total of each column in:
- Total orders
- Total sales
- The average amount of order totals overall and for each group
- These columns will also break down the totals per group.
Note: In the rare case that a customer belongs to more than one group and places an order; the total amounts will display in each group that the customer belongs to. For example: If a customer belongs to The Chamber of Commerce and Boy Scouts, when they place an order each group will show that an order was placed and how much.
You can print and/or export the report to Excel if you need to.
