Use the Advanced Search feature on Manage > Customers to find them!
Navigate to Manager Home > Customer and click the "Advanced Search" button.
Scroll down to the very bottom of the screen and activate the Ordered Online criteria. Select "AND" to find customers who have ordered online, and "NOT" to find customers who have not.
Click Search. Once you have your results, use the "Output List" button to export the list. You can then send a mailer or e-mail to these customers.
